Juan Carlos Miguel B. Tan

Carlos is part of the Firm’s Corporate Services, Capital Markets, Mergers & Acquisition, Dispute Resolution, Labor and Employment, and Immigration practice groups.

Carlos assists in various capital markets transactions handled by the Firm such as primary and secondary offerings. He handles the preparation and filing of reportorial and other regulatory requirements of clients with various agencies such as the Bureau of Internal Revenue and the Securities and Exchange Commission. He likewise attends to corporate governance requirements of publicly-listed companies.

Carlos regularly advises clients in labor and employment, tax, criminal and other dispute resolution matters.

As part of the Immigration practice group, Carlos assists in the filing and processing of alien employment permits and work visas.
