Profile

Jason joined MVGS in 2022 and since then, he has been contributing to the Firm’s taxation, corporate & commercial teams. Prior to joining the Firm, he was an in-house legal counsel to a domestic conglomerate, advising on various corporate, taxation and regulatory matters.

As a Certified Public Accountant, he has over eight years of combined experience in the areas of internal controls, financial and management accounting and tax compliance.
