Geraldine Marie V. Paulo

Geraldine Marie Paulo joined MVGS as an Associate in 2022. She received her Juris Doctor degree in 2021 from the University of the Philippines. As a student, she gained her legal and practical skills by working as Legal Assistant at the Supreme Court of the Philippines under the Office of Associate Justice Marvic M.V.F. Leonen and as Faculty Research Assistant of renowned family law expert Professor Elizabeth Aguiling-Pangalangan.

In MVGS, Geraldine has been involved in advising clients with dispute resolution and litigation matters. She has been focusing her expertise on persons and family relations, handling a number of adoption petitions and declaration of nullity of marriage cases. Her practice likewise includes arbitration, immigration, and civil and commercial litigation, including debt restructuring (rehabilitation and insolvency) and data privacy compliance.
