Genevieve Kristine B. Manalac

Genevieve completed her Juris Doctor degree from the Ateneo Law School in 2020, where she was a consistent scholar. While in law school, she interned at the Philippine Competition Commission (PCC) and at the Herrera, Teehankee and Cabrera Law Offices where she gained legal and practical skills.

Prior to joining the Firm, Genevieve worked at Aquende Aniag Que & Associates where she was exposed to different fields of legal practice, handling cases involving general corporate matters, taxation, litigation, energy and special projects, data privacy cases and labor-related matters.

Genevieve is focusing her expertise on corporate and commercial matters, working alongside senior lawyers in assisting clients and providing legal advice such as performing due diligence on corporations, contract review, registration and incorporation, and general legal and regulatory compliances and requirements, among others.

Genevieve is likewise exposed in other fields of practice including dispute resolution, capital markets, and mergers and acquisition.
